Pasta with Smoked Salmon and Zucchini

Rich, creamy and delicious, this salmon and zucchini pasta recipe is a perfect dinner for two. Both the recipe and the picture come courtesy of FIELDS Business Development supervisor Magda Skalkowska.


one small zucchini
100g of smoked salmon
300g of your favorite kind of pasta
100ml of Anchor Culinary Cream
fresh dill
salt and pepper
tbsp. of oil


Place the pasta in salted, boiling water until cooked (according to pack instructions).

In the meantime, cut the zucchini into slices and fry in the tbsp. of oil until soft and gold. Then reduce heat, add cream, salt and pepper. Finally at the end add the salmon, mix gently and heat for 2 minutes.

When pasta is ready drain it, add to the sauce and mix.

Decorate dish with fresh dill and serve immediately, best with a glass of white wine.
