Fruit and yogurt soup

 

Ingredients: Yogurt (250g), kiwi (100g), apple (100g), papaya (100g), white fungus (70g), rock sugar (30g)

Preparation:

1. Soak fungus in warm water for an hour.

2. Chop fungus and fruit.

3. Boil fungus, add sugar and stir until thick.

4. Turn off heat, let cool a bit and add fruit.

5. Add yogurt and stir.

Benefits: Provides vitamins, improves digestion and nourishes organs.
